We normally aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days for coaches, 1-2 days for other goods.

Please inform us of any shortages or errors within 7 days of receipt of goods.

This is just your name address and contact details – where provided. We do not hold payment information of any kind. We do not use customer details for marketing purposes unless you have requested specific updates or information.

The data we collect is used to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries and questions or for internal record keeping.

Returns

Faulty or damaged goods that have been damaged in transit can be returned for full credit or replacement (where possible). Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a return and replacement.

If you have changed your mind and no longer require the goods received please contact us and return within 7 days of the delivery. We can only give a refund if the items are still new, in a saleable condition with all original packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions undamaged. In this instance you are responsible for the return postage/carriage and the safe return of the goods. Please repack the goods securely. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the goods to our postal address. It is in your interest to obtain proof of posting.

Once we have received the goods, we will contact you to obtain payment details for a refund as we do not hold payment details.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
