Description

Station Bench kits – the easy to assemble kits are all produced from premium birch faced ply.
Our demonstration models have been finished with 3 coats Coach & Wagon Works multi surface paints making them suitable for exterior use if maintained- all surfaces must be painted with a minimum of 3 coats. The benches have been glued together with Coach & Wagon Works D4 glue.

Discription for easy assembly:-
It is good practice to paint all your components first before gluing.
The grooves on the seat and back slats (all slats are the same) will fit into the recesses on the ends and for the 3 str centre support.
Apply glue to the grooves and locate to the recesses – make sure that the ends of the bench are facing the correct way (GWR only) and that the centre support leg faces the same way as the ends. I used Coach & Wagon Works Clamping squares to make sure that the seat and back were square.
